Puppy Mill Survivors

Here are a couple pictures of a couple of the puppy mill survivors. They are just about ready to be adopted into their new homes.
Yeah! Thanks to all the dedicated volunteers out there, we've been able to help these poor creatures.

Puppy Mills Suck

Well, 8 weeks later, after we took over 250 dogs and puppies into our care; we are finally able to find them permanent homes. We've taken the ones in the most emminent danger to the vet first and now working our way to the puppies and healthier ones. It is going to be another couple of weeks before the ones in my house are going to be able to be adopted out. So I just need to hang on tight. It is tough, as the girls are either coming into or going out of heat and it is not so fun. The pups are still on hold for the criminal charges so they are not able to be neutered either. I sure hope we can soon, I do not want the boys lifting their legs at all!
Deugen is finally starting to like the pups and "sort of" playing with them. Though, I still fear him stepping on them! Yikes!
So, before you buy a dog, please research adopting one! Stop Puppy Mills!
